Gypsy 101 Class

Come and get to know your Gypsy. The Class will cover the basics and beyond.

*Learn the basic and advance features.
*Kerning
*Welding
*Create templates
*Merge images
*Create and save files and so much more.
*Receive a booklet with instructions
*Learn some tips & tricks that I've picked along the way



*Please bring your gypsy with power cords and all the other cables, cricut machine, cutting mat, paper and basic tool kit.
*Please have your gypsy registered, have current version and be able to communicate with your cricut machine. if you have any questions about this process please email Liz at lizmullen86@gmail.comwith the subject line "gypsy class"
*Make sure your gypsy is fully charge, overnight will be great.
*If you haven't linked a cartridge to your gypsy bring one or two to link

Registration is limited so every student has ample time during class to leave feeling confident with knowledge. Stop by the store or call to register.

Dollar store's are everywhere, and let's face it we love them. There are so many hidden treasures and gift ideas. Join me and we will make some truly unique home decor projects, from everyday items at the dollar store's. We will create a receipt tray from a platter & mouse traps. We will also create a mini album from a worded picture frame ( choice of Live, Laugh or Family). We will be using My Minds Eye Paper. The technique you learn in this class can be used over & over for your own home or as a great gift idea, just change the paper and it can be personalized for any home/theme. Class sample is on display now. Reserve your spot for this FUN & EASY class.

This desk organizer measures 11-1/4x12-1/2x7 inches featuring four drawers and three paper slots made from quality press board. In this class we will paint, paper, and embellish this storage piece into a beautiful piece of art. Shadow boxes are all the rage, an making one on your own is simple. Join Nicole and make a shadow box cabinet to house 3 mini albums. We will be using Authentique Lovely line. You will decorate a box to resemble a cabinet. Inside the box will be 3 mini albums. 1 for who you love , 1 for what you love and 1 for why you love you. This makes a great addition to your scrap room or as a gift for a wedding or engagment. The sample is on display at the store.

The Holidays are upon us, and making home made gifts go hand in hand. So what better gift to create but a holiday cheer keepsake. Join Nicole and make this truly unique Mini Album and its oh so adorable box to store it in. You will create a 6x6 chipboard album using Simple Stories Handmade Holiday line. The album is 5 chipboard pages of holiday cuteness. But let's be honest, the box to store the album in is what will catch everyone's eye. You will decorate a 7x7 box that also has a 4" star box on top, to store candies, gift tags or a special ornament. The box alone is home decor, but surprise you will have a mini album to go with it. Call the store to make a reservation or come by to see the sample on display. Like with all the classes, the pictures just don't capture the true cuteness of the project. Holiday classes are a favorite so call today and reserve your spot. If you can't make the class you can call and pre-order a kit, you get color photos and instructions included with the class kit.

6 x 8" art journal - Building Mixed-Media backgrounds - 5 hour workshop 
WARNING: THIS WORKSHOP MAY LEAD TO INSOMNIA CAUSED BY IDEA OVERLOAD :) 
Since I am now 40, I thought what better way to celebrate this new decade than by sharing my favorite top 40 tips, tricks and techniques for building better art journals and mixed-media backgrounds. Like all great things building a strong foundation or base for your ideas is important, mixed-media and art journaling are no different. This workshop is going to put all these ideas at your fingertips as you create your own personal reference book for mixed media backgrounds and techniques and fill the pages of your NEW art journal. Each student will receive and work in one of my newly released art journals. the journals heavyweight pages are perfect for layering, paints, inks, collages, PanPastels, paper, etc and I plan to do all that and more in this workshop! 

We will build over 40 techniques and pages worth of ideas using several different wet and dry mediums filling one incredible idea book that will surely get your mind spinning with ideas!

PanPastels workshop - "from the heart"

Art is a measure of passion and creativity. Expressing yourself through color and design comes from the heart. Opening yourself up to the creative process can be a bit intimidating, but could very well change your life. This workshop is designed as an introduction for beginners as well as to challenge the seasoned artist. As students, you will explore and enjoy creating visual depth; adding bold color and texture to your mixed-media art pieces.
