Class Basic Toolkit

Class Policies
As all of you know, our teachers spend oodles of hours cutting, glueing, inking, stamping and just being mad creative to put everything into kits and bring these awesome classes to you.  They all have busy lives, like you and I, squeezing in a million things into the little bit of sanity time we have leftover at the end of the day.  One thing they all have in common is that they all love to teach. Most of the teachers prepare their kits weeks in advance, so when someone cancells at the last minute, it is likely they will not have an opportunity to fill that spot and will have a kit left. That is not fair to the teacher.

All cancellations must be made one week in advance. If the cancellation is made on time you will receive a store credit in the amount of the class. If the cancellation is not made on time you will receive a kit for the class.

Basic Tools....

Class kits will be held for 30 days. We will make one phone call to remind you it is here. After that your kit will be donated to charity and no refunds will be issued.

Thank you for your understanding.
